How do place an order?
Please fill the inquiry form on our website. This will allow us to know more about your order! You can also direct message me Petite Moi Bakery on Instagram @petitemoibakery or via email at petitemoibakery@outlook.com after 48 hours if you do not receive a response.

Is there a required deposit?
Yes! A 50% deposit is required in order to place an order and hold your date. Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Zelle and Apple Pay at this time. Once your deposit is received your order is confirmed.

Does Petite Moi Bakery deliver?
Yes we do! We actually recommend our delivery option for very large cakes that require special delivery. Delivery pricing varies depending on distance. Please submit further information in regards to delivery needed on your inquiry form.

Post - pick up/ delivery care instructions?
We recommend when picking up an order have your AC on high in order to maintain freshness, place your sweets on a flat surface in your vehicle, and drive slowly/carefully when making turns and going over bumps.
Once you arrive at your destination pickup and carry your order from the bottom of the box. Do not the carry your item holding the sides. Please place your order in the refrigerator and take out 2-3 hours prior to celebrating. On warmer months 1-2 hours.
Do not your display cake in direct sunlight , near a window or outside. Buttercream cake is made of buttercream and will melt.

ATTENTION: Petite Moi Bakery’s kitchen contains common allergens , such as dairy, eggs, gluten, wheat, nuts, and peanuts.

Pick up policies:
Please make sure to arrive on time for delivery times that have been agreed on. This helps maintain all orders to be on time. If you will be late please let me know to arrange a different pick up time as sometimes i am making deliveries.
